Cancellation and refund terms below apply to tours and activities unless a different policy is displayed on the product page.

If you wish to cancel a booking, please do so by sending an email to office@myisraelguide.com

Multi Day Trips (3+ days)

Cancelation up to 4 weeks before departure - 10% charge
Cancelation up to 2 weeks before departure - 50% charge
Cancelation within 2 weeks before departure - 100% charge

Singal Day Trips (1 or 2 days)

Cancelation up to 2 weeks before departure - 10% charge
Cancelation up to 48 hours before departure - 50% charge
Cancelation within 48 hours before departure - 100% charge
