Tour Overview
Welcome to the place that has already seen it all: Volcanoes, extensive history, archeology, religion, wars, nature and breathtaking landscapes and even a town named after an American president
In this private tour with My Israel Guide you will see so much that you will not want to leave. In this day trip we will drive to a spectacular lookout over Syria and there we will make order in the complicated geopolitics of the region. We can go to the Banias River to see where Jesus gave St. Peter the key to heaven. A traditional lunch in the Druze village and we can also go for a wine tasting tour in one of the wonderful boutique wineries in the area. Travelers with children also have many options such as cherry picking, kayaking on the upper Jordan River or a dip in a freshwater spring (in season).
Make your precious moments even more memorable with a helicopter ride from Tel Aviv (link)
Golan Heights can be one day trip, however, it’s recommended to stay there overnight and experience the area (Galilee, Coastline or the Jordan Valley) for another day
This tour is available every day and offered in English and other languages should be booked in advance.

Options to the Agenda
Along the way, you will enjoy breathtaking views of the Dead Sea, the mountains of Moab and the colorful cliffs of the Judean Desert with added commentary from the guide about geology, geopolitics and history. If pickup is from Tel Aviv or Hertzelia, we’ll drive up on the coast and see the beautiful country side of Israel and the Sea of Galilee
Mount Bental is undoubtedly one of Israel’s most beloved mountain peaks to visit, thanks in no small part to the breathtaking panoramic views of the Golan and neighboring Syria. Its historic significance as the site of a valiant battle fought during Israel’s war for the Golan only adds to its allure. Those who make the short drive to the summit are rewarded with not only stunning vistas but also an opportunity to explore the bunkers and get a firsthand sense of the past. Overall, Mount Bental is a must-see destination for any confident adventurer.
In the summer and spring seasons, you can dip in a spring of cool water that springs from the ground thanks to the mountains and the basalt stone of the Golan. An excellent place to refresh and experience Israel’s nature.
