1. My Israel Guide will provide guiding and organize all tour site(s) and meal arrangements for up to 14 hours a day (regular day).
  2. In the event that the guide is not available, My Israel Guide will arrange a suitable alternative guide (with client’s approval).
  3. The fee includes all guiding fees, transportation costs, entry and attraction fees as described by the itinerary. It does not include any activities marked as optional. Changes to the itinerary may lead to increased costs if there are additional entry fees.
  4. Unless otherwise specified, transportation will be in a comfortable van with water provided.
  5. The driver is not available for evening excursions unless specified.
  6. Itineraries are always subject to change at any time due to the security situation or other circumstances beyond My Israel Guide control.
  7. The fee does not include meals unless otherwise specified, drinks etc.
  8. The fee does not include sales tax (17%). Overseas clients can be exempted from sales tax by providing a scan or photograph of their passport.
  9. A Twenty-five (25%) deposit, together with a completed contract, will secure the booking. Payment is by credit card.
  10. Credit card payments are made in New Israeli Shekels using the Bank of Israel conversion rate for the date of the invoice.
  11. There is 3% service fee (Credit Card commission) for processing credit-card payments.
  12. My Israel Guide accepts the following credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, American Express.
  13. Payment will be listed as “My Israel Guide” on the credit card statement.
  14. Final payment has to be made by 14 days before the beginning of the tour.
  15. A client cancelling more than 30 days prior to tour will have half of the deposit returned.
  16. A client cancelling fewer than 30 days prior to tour will forfeit the deposit.
  17. A Client cancelling fewer than 14 days prior to the tour will forfeit the deposit and be liable for the total cost of the tour fees. Consideration for a refund can be made in extraordinary circumstances.
  18. Client can pay cash 75% on spot if he prefers.
  19. If for any reason the tour is cancelled by My Israel Guide, the client can choose to receive a full refund or alternatively My Israel Guide will arrange a replacement guide for their approval.
